搖擺式顆粒機

搖擺式顆粒機用以將潮濕的粉料研制成所需的顆粒，也可將塊狀的干料粉碎到所需的顆粒。主要特點是篩網裝拆簡易，還可適當調節松緊。七角滾筒拆卸方便、容易清洗。機械傳動系統全部封閉在機體內，并附有潤滑系統，整機運轉平穩。
YK160型旋轉的七角滾筒的速度可以調節，外表油漆平整適合一般使用。
YK160B搖擺式顆粒機是根據藥品生產GMP的要求而設計制造的新機型，整機外型全用優質不銹鋼封閉。使整機外型整潔美觀，特別是篩網采用金屬絲網或不銹鋼板網，使顆粒的質量和經濟效益有較大提高。

This machine is used for forming the required granules from moist ower material ,or for crushing rotor also into granules in required size . Its main featres are : the sieve can be removed and remounted easily , itstension is also adjustable. The rotor also can be remoued and cleaned conveniently . The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machine body and its lubrication system . Makes the machine work smoothly .
Type YK160 the speed of its rotor can be adjusted during operation , its surface is painted for universal usage .
Type YK160B , a new type is designed in accordance with GMP standard , its surface is made of high quality stainless steel and looks nice . Especily the metal and stainless steel screen mesh impoves the pellets quality .
